Fixing "Please Wait" on GameCih

GameCih

1.) If you already have GameCIH installed, keep it for now.
2.) Go to Settings>Uncheck Debug Mod
3.) Uninstall GameCIH
4.) Go to Settings> Check Debug Mod
5.) Install GameCIH again
6.) It should work!

For GINGERBREAD ONLY *I think
